Characteristic of calcium aluminate
(1) low melting point, slagging soon.
(2) Desulfurization efficiency and component Sulfur of product is 20ppm max;
(3) Shorten steelmaking processes time as well as economize power expenditure
(4) capability of adsorbing foreign impurity
(5) giving off less stive during processes with less damage to the environment

operation guide
Add 4-5kg calcium aluminate to 1MT steel during tapping with a little active lime, which makes alkalinity in slag more than 3.5 and deoxydation deepness of (MnO+FE2O3) 1.5%max as well, forming high-calcium、low-melting point slag material which is favourable for desulfurating, eoxidating still with adsorbing foreign impurity.
